Hutchinson Metro Center Adds 10K-SF New Leases in the Bronx
Simone Development Companies has signed two new long-term leases totaling 10,300 square feet of medical and office space at the Hutchinson Metro Center in the Bronx, NY.
North Bronx Orthopedic and Spine Group leased 5,121 square feet at 1200 Waters Place, while MJHS Health System took 5,179 square feet at Tower One. MJHS, founded in 1907, offers healthcare like home care and hospice in the New York area. North Bronx Orthopedic and Spine Group focuses on outpatient care.
