Hunt’s William Hyman to Chair Fannie Mae DUS Council

New York-based Hunt Mortgage Group’s William Hyman has been named the chair of the Fannie Mae DUS Lender Advisory Council. The council consists of 10 DUS lender representatives that advise Fannie Mae Multifamily leadership on a variety of strategic matters, and plays a vital role in fostering the DUS partnership between the lenders and Fannie Mae.

“Our relationship with Fannie Mae has always been strong and efficient, due in large part to Bill’s involvement and leadership within the agency,” said Hunt Mortgage Group’s Jim Flynn. “As a leader in delivering Fannie Mae loans to clients throughout the United States, it is very important that we remain actively involved.”

Hyman is a Senior Managing Director at Hunt Mortgage Group, and serves as the firm’s Fannie Mae DUS CEO. He is responsible for Agency Relationship Management, and strategic technology and training initiatives.

He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
