Huntington Industrial Readies for $16M Business Park

Huntington Industrial Partners is planning the Shiloh Business Center, a two-building, $16 million business park in Garland, TX. The Englewood, CO developer will develop a 132,000-square-foot building and 116,700-square-foot building on 16 acres at 1601 S. Shiloh Rd. The speculative project is anticipated to begin in early 2018.

Huntington Industrial is no stranger to Garland, having developed the Northgate project, consisting of 440,000 square feet. Shiloh Business Center is one of the last sizeable greenfield opportunities in the North Texas city’s core industrial district.

“Garland continues to see strong demand for this type product,” said Steve Meyer, a partner with Huntington Industrial.
