Huntington Apartments Fetch High Per-Square-Foot Price

Marcus & Millichap’s Michael Tuccillo arranged the sale of an 11,000-square-foot mixed-use property in Huntington, NY, for $8,050,000. The buyer was a local private investor.

“This sale highlights a demand for prime properties in vibrant communities like Huntington Village,” said Tuccillo. “It’s exceptional location and high-end finishes presented an appealing investment opportunity, resulting in a high price per square foot. We are pleased to have facilitated this transaction and anticipate the property’s continued success under its new ownership.”

Located at 356 New York Ave., the three-story property in Long Island’s Suffolk County features three ground-floor retail tenants and nine upscale residential units. Originally built in 1965, the property underwent significant renovations in 2021, adding a third floor and modernizing the apartments. The retail portion is anchored by Jovia Financial Credit Union, with additional tenants including Dezyns Jewelers and Huntington Village Vapes.
