Hunter Hotel Advisors Negotiates Sale of Courtyard by Marriott in Chapel Hill

Investment advisory firm Hunter Hotel Advisors arranged the sale of the Courtyard by Marriott in Chapel Hill, NC. The sales price was not disclosed. Hunter Hotel Advisors represented the institutional seller in the transaction. The buyer was Atma Hotel Group Inc, a vertically-integrated firm that now has six properties in the Chapel Hill market.

Located at 100 Marriott Way, the 132-room, five-story hotel features 27,163 square feet of meeting space as well as a fitness center, indoor pool and whirlpool.

“The Courtyard by Marriott Chapel Hill takes advantage of its location in this thriving university town, home to one of the nation’s top universities,” said Mayank Patel, senior vice president of Hunter Hotel Advisors.
