Connect Media has added six professionals to its Connect Creative team

Hunt Snags Proprietary Loan Underwriting Software from RealtyMogul

Los Angeles-based RealtyMogul sold its proprietary loan underwriting software to New York-based Hunt Real Estate Capital, which plans to deploy the tool across its commercial real estate lending businesses. Financial terms of the all-cash transaction were not disclosed.

Hunt Real Estate Capital’s Tyler Griffin says, “We are excited to implement this proprietary loan underwriting software that RealtyMogul has developed, and continue to build our commercial real estate lending business.”

RealtyMogul is best known for its real estate crowdfunding platform. Since its founding six years ago, it has invested in more than $2 billion of real estate, returning in excess of $100 million to investors to date. The software was built as part of its research and development lab.
