Hunt Secures $46M Refinancing for Three Southeast MF Properties

Hunt Real Estate Capital has arranged three Fannie Mae multifamily conventional loans totaling $45.5 million for three Southeast multifamily properties in Alabama and Georgia. Chad Hagwood of Hunt secured the financing on behalf of the borrower, EBSCO Income Properties.

The 620-unit portfolio consists of Tapestry on Vaughn, a garden-style community built in 1994 in Montgomery, AL; Trilliam Luxury Apartment Homes, an affordable housing community built in 2002 in Clanton, AL, and Pavilion at Plantation Way, a mid-rise apartment property built in 2009, located in Macon, GA.

“It was a pleasure working with Chad Hagwood and Hunt Real Estate Capital’s Birmingham team to process and close three heavily-structured refinances,” said Leslie Yeilding, president and general manager at EBSCO Income Properties. “Chad’s team was able to deliver a stellar outcome, completing the loan process in just 22 days from application signing to funding during the COVID-19 pandemic.”
