Hunt Real Estate Secures $6M Refinancing for Metro Baltimore MF Community

Hunt Real Estate has provided a $6.4 million Fannie Mae refinancing loan for Glen Burnie Town Apartments, a 54-unit multifamily community in Glen Burnie.

Located at 201 Crain Highway N., the property is 10 miles south of downtown Baltimore. The community was built in 2000 and features two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a fitness center, courtyard and community room. Promark Real Estate Services manages the property.

The 12-year loan features a fixed interest rate and four years of interest-only payments. Additionally, the closing provides $125,000 for renovations, including resurfacing a concrete courtyard and upgrading units.
