Hunt, Prologis Teaming Up on 11.5M-SF DFW Industrial Park

Hunt Realty Investments (Hunt Realty) is working with Prologis on a build-to-suit (BTS) joint venture at Terrell 20 Business Park, Hunt Realty’s industrial park in Terrell, Texas, about 30 miles east of Dallas.

The fully entitled logistics campus on 780 acres can support up to 11.5 million square feet of total development, including buildings up to 1.9 million square feet.

Terrell 20 Business Park is in a growing logistics and distribution corridor that has seen recent activity from major corporations such as Amazon, Walmart and AutoZone. The park is centrally located with immediate access to regional and national transportation networks and major freight hubs, including Interstate 20 and Union Pacific’s Dallas Intermodal Terminal, allowing companies to reach 99% of the continental U.S. population in three days or less.
