Hunt Midwest Signs First Retailers to Vue MXU

Hunt Midwest has secured leases with Parisi Café and Evolve Juicery & Kitchen for a combined 4,135 square feet of ground-level retail at The Vue, its $49-million mixed-use redevelopment project in Overland Park, KS. They’re the first retail tenants at the Hunt Midwest project in this Kansas City suburb, with Cadence Commercial Real Estate handling the leasing.

Ora Reynolds, president and CEO of Hunt Midwest, said the company has been strategic about selecting tenants for The Vue’s 8,650 square feet of commercial space. The strategy has been paying off, added Reynolds.

“We wanted The Vue to house a mix of retailers that would provide highly desirable products and services to our residents and the greater Downtown Overland Park community,” she said. “As locally-owned, well-established businesses, Parisi and Evolve are in tune with the vibe of Downtown, and add to the eclectic mix of retailers within walking distance of The Vue.”
