UPS Supply Chain Solutions has leased 210,600 square feet of warehouse space at Hunt Midwest Business Center in Kansas City, Missouri

Hunt Midwest Brings In UPS for Kansas City Warehouse Lease

Hunt Midwest has signed UPS Supply Chain Solutions as its newest tenant at Hunt Midwest Business Center (HMBC) in Kansas City, MO. UPS is leasing 210,600 square feet at HMBC Logistics IV on NE 48th Street, just east of Interstate 435 in Clay County.

The new space will give UPS a foothold in the heart of Kansas City’s established industrial corridor with convenient access to the major Interstates, rail, first-stop/last-stop transportation hubs, a robust local labor force, and established bus routes to HMBC, according to Hunt Midwest.

“UPS is a key industry leader in the logistics world in terms of e-commerce, last-mile fulfillment, and is a strategic customer we targeted for HMBC,” said Mike Bell, Hunt Midwest SVP of commercial real estate.

Hunt Midwest was represented in leasing negotiations by CBRE’s Austin Baier and Mike Mitchelson. An additional 268,000-plus square feet is available for lease in the building.
