Hunt Development Sells Huntington Square Shopping Center

Hunt Development Ltd. ended its long-term hold on Huntington Square Shopping Center, a 90,768-square-foot retail property that is shadow-anchored by a 174,000-square-foot H-E-B grocery store. LRIC Properties, out of Dallas, acquired the Corpus Christi, TX shopping center.

The sale included the shopping center, situated at Staples Street (FM 2444) and Saratoga Boulevard, and additional land for expansion. Tenants in the center include Dollar Tree, Freedom Fitness, Edward Jones, Physicians Premier Emergency Room, Jason’s Deli and Pizza Hut.

Lynann Pinkham with Cravey Real Estate Services Inc. represented the seller in the transaction. Cravey Real Estate has also been retained to manage and lease the center.
