Hunt Arranges $22M Refi for Houston MF Assets
Hunt Mortgage Group, working on behalf of investor William T. Doogan, arranged refinancing totaling $21.75 million for four Houston-area multifamily assets. All four loan rates were locked at 3.5% within 24 hours from application, thanks to the Fannie Mae Streamlined Choice Loan Refinance guidelines. Loan terms included a 10-year term, 30-year amortization and a 9.5-year yield-maintenance period.
The four properties in the portfolio include:
- The 136-unit Edgewood Apartments, 1601 S.H. 90 W., Sealy, TX
- The 260-unit Savannah Place Apartments, 3003 Windchase, Houston
- The 130-unit Harper Mill Apartments, 16160 Keith Harrow, Houston
- The 220-unit Hillcrest Village Apartments, 2500 Fairway Dr., Alvin, TX
