Hunneman Named Leasing Agent for Tewksbury Office Complex

Hunneman has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Highwood Office Park, a three-building office campus located in Tewksbury, MA, on behalf of KS Partners. The property is comprised of more than 265,000 square feet of office and flex use space across 1, 2 and 3 Highwood Dr., with available suites ranging from approximately 4,000 to 67,000 square feet.

The campus has undergone significant renovations in recent years and offers modern amenities, flexible floor plans, and a range of workspace solutions designed to support today’s user types, according to Hunneman.

“We’re excited to represent the Highwood Office Park and to reintroduce this exceptional suburban campus opportunity to the marketplace,” said Chris Curley, EVP at Hunneman. “With flexible floor plates, a full amenities package and a strategic location along the I-93 and I-495 corridor, the property has all the “must have” qualities to satisfy the ever-evolving needs of today’s tenants.”
