Hunneman Arranges Sale of Small-Bay Industrial in Nashua

Hunneman recently facilitated the acquisition of a 46,869 square-foot, small-bay industrial property at 4 Bud Way in Nashua, NH on behalf of Sticks Investment Group. The property, owned by JP Irvine LLC, was acquired by Sticks off-market and was fully leased to 13 tenants at the time of sale. Terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition marks Sticks Investment Group’s first transaction in Southern New Hampshire. The 3.72-acre property presented an attractive investment opportunity due to its location, tenant roster and small-bay industrial configuration. The Boston-based real estate investment firm specializes in acquiring, owning, and operating industrial properties throughout New England, with a particular focus on small-bay and light industrial assets

Tyler Ewing of Hunneman identified and facilitated the off-market acquisition, Andrew Kaeyer arranged financing for the purchase, and Jay Burns and Hunneman’s Property Management team will oversee management of the asset. Andrew Robbins of Colliers in Portsmouth, NH represented the seller.
