Hunneman Arranges Leases to Bring Braintree Offices to Full Occupancy

Hunneman recently brokered two leases totaling 34,000 square feet for KS Partners at the Forbes Business Center in Braintree, MA. The new leases are both located in the office park’s 220R building, which is now fully occupied, with Massachusetts Department of Children and Families taking 24,103 square feet and Cortica Care taking 9,576 square feet.

“We’re thrilled to welcome both Cortica Care and the Department of Children and Families to the Forbes Business Center,” said Ned Halloran, EVP of leasing & advisory at Hunneman. “Forbes Business Center offers tenants modern facilities, with convenience and accessibility attributes that are highly important to their employees. As we’ve seen time and time again, strong ownership continues to attract tenants, and KS Partners is a prime example of this trend.”

Located near the Braintree Split at the I-93/Route 3 junction, the property is convenient to South Shore Mall’s retail, dining, and hospitality options, including a Residence Inn, Legal Seafoods, Starbucks and 110 Grill.
