Hungry Howie’s Entering El Paso; More to Come
Hungry Howie’s Pizza, a franchised eatery, has entered the El Paso, TX market. The restaurant leased 1,200 square feet in Las Tiendas de Zaragoza II, a retail center at 3560 N. Zaragoza Rd. for its first El Paso location. More stores are targeted for Houston and El Paso, according to Kyle Knight with Weitzman who, with colleague Nick Jasien, represented the Hungry Howie’s Pizza franchisee in the transaction. River Oaks Properties of El Paso owns the retail center.
The restaurant chain, headquartered in Michigan, bills itself as the “home of the original flavored crust pizza,” and is the 11th largest pizza chain in the United States. According to the company website, Hungry Howie’s Texas locations are in Amarillo, College Station, Houston (Spring and Katy) and San Antonio.
