Bed Bath & Beyond Closes 7 More Stores in SoCal

Hundreds of Bed Bath & Beyond and buybuy BABY Leases up for Auction

A&G Real Estate Partners will auction Bed Bath & Beyond and buybuy BABY leases as part of the company’s Chapter 11 cases, subject to Court approval of bid procedures.

The leases will be sold at shopping centers across the US. Bed Bath & Beyond stores are located in 48 states and range from 18,000 to 92,000 square feet, while buybuy BABY stores are located in 37 states, ranging from 14,000 to 63,000 square feet.

A&G also plans to market an owned North Carolina data center, as well as leases for warehouses and distribution centers. The warehouse and data center locations range in size from 189,000 to more than one million square feet and are available in six states: California, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, New Jersey, and Texas.
