Humphrey Takes Greater Management Role at Westmount

Westmount Realty Capital, LLC promoted John Humphrey to regional manager – property management. Humphrey joined Westmount’s Chicago office last summer as senior property manager. This new position will allow Humphrey to take an active role in the management of additional portfolios in the region, while continuing to manage his current industrial portfolio of 4.675 million square feet in Chicago.

“Soon after we hired John last year, he began to make a positive impact on both our team and our tenants in Chicago,” said Westmount’s Ron Gilbreath. “We’re confident that John’s ability to quickly develop great relationships with tenants, vendors and brokers will position Westmount for even greater strides in the Chicago market.”

Before joining Westmount in 2019, Humphrey spent 10 years with CBRE as associate director-asset services and senior real estate manager, managing more than 30 million square feet of industrial space across 200 properties in the Chicago region.

It’s not too late to register for Connect Industrial Midwest, coming to the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
