Humming Puppy Comes to 119 W. 23rd St

Humming Puppy, an Australian yoga studio, has signed a 10-year lease for 7,300 square feet on the second floor of 119 W. 23rd St., an office and retail building in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood.

“Due to its accessibility to public transportation and close proximity to a dense office market, the area has seen an influx of fitness and exercise spaces, with companies such as Peloton Studio, Rumble Boxing and Mile High Run Club,” said Paula Katz, co-owner and principal of Stellar Management, owners of the 10-story office building.

Humming Puppy is opening its first location in the U.S. It’s other locations are in Sydney (pictured) and Melbourne. Humming Puppy was represented by Rice & Associates, and Jonathan Bernstein of JBA Real Estate. A tenant in the building represented Stellar Management.
