Humanscale Joins Rock Group Tenant Roster in NJ

Rockefeller Group and joint venture partner PCCP LLC have signed a lease with Humanscale at the upcoming Rockefeller Group Logistics Center in Piscataway, NJ. The ergonomic office furniture manufacturer will occupy 155,000 square feet of distribution space.

“Humanscale is a terrific addition to this project,” said Heath Abramsohn, VP with Rockefeller Group. “We very much appreciate the support of local officials and the greater Piscataway community for fostering an environment that businesses like Humanscale and Best Buy want to be a part of.”

Earlier this year, Rockefeller Group announced that Best Buy signed a lease to become the first official tenant of the Logistics Center. The five-building complex will be a mix of speculative and build-to-suit development.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jules Nissim, Stan Danzig and Marc Petrella represented ownership in the Humanscale deal. Mark Jones of Toronto-based Lennard Commercial Realty Canada and James Scancarella of Cresa New Jersey represented Humanscale.
