Hughes Marino Expands into Seattle

San Diego-based Hughes Marino expanded into the Northwest, with the opening of a new office in Seattle. The CRE brokerage firm that focuses exclusively on tenants and buyers took 7,300 square feet in the 42-story Russell Investment Center.

The space on the 25th floor features floor-to-ceiling glass and offers panoramic views of Elliott Bay, the Olympic Mountain range, CenturyLink Field and downtown Seattle. “Workspaces are increasingly becoming a vital aspect of team member attraction and retention,” said Shay Hughes of Hughes Marino. “We craft all of our offices with amenities and signature residential design elements that invoke an engaging, stimulating and collaborative environment where our team feels right at home.”

The Northwest expansion also provides a strategic and tactical foothold for Hughes Marino’s CEO Jason Hughes to continue his assault on the dangers of CRE brokerages representing both landlords and tenants. “My belief is that dual agency should be illegal,” said Jason Hughes.
