Hughes Marino Appoints New Head of Portfolio Lease Administration, Advisory Services

San Diego-based Hughes Marino expanded its leadership team with the addition of Jennifer Hale as the company’s SVP and PLA Director of the Portfolio Lease Administration and Advisory Service division. Hale joins from the Washington, DC metro region, where she spent 15 years in lease administration, leading teams at Rosenthal Properties, JBG Smith and Glenborough.

Hale will oversee Hughes Marino’s global portfolio lease administration services, advising clients with multiple locations nationally and internationally. That will encompass other portfolio services such as lease accounting, lease audit and advisory for complex real estate scenarios.

She has been responsible for the lease administration and oversight of thousands of companies consisting of millions of square feet of space. She brings expertise in complex lease analysis, risk management assessment, lease summaries and overall portfolio administration. Hale is also highly trained in operating expense pass-through reconciliation and identifying erroneous charges billed to clients by landlords or property managers.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
