Hudson Square Properties Taps CBRE to Lease 6M-SF Portfolio

Hudson Square Properties, a joint venture of Trinity Church NYC, Norges Bank Investment Management and Hines, has selected CBRE as marketing agent for its six-million-square-foot, 13-building portfolio in Hudson Square. CBRE will spearhead office leasing efforts for 555 Greenwich+345 Hudson, 75 Varick, 205 Hudson, 160 Varick, 350 Hudson, 375 Hudson, 155 Avenue of the Americas, 100 Ave. of the Americas, 200 Hudson, 225 Varick and 435 Hudson.

The CBRE team will be led by Vice Chairmen Paul Amrich, Howard Fiddle and Neil King, EVP Jeff Fischer and SVPs Zachary Price, Benjamin Joseph and James Ackerson. The team is supported by Kyle Zarba, Will Hooks, Shay Kenney and Natalie Chung.

“With over six million square feet across 13 renovated buildings in Hudson Square, a single brokerage team will help market all of the assets and the neighborhood more effectively for new tenants,” said Jason Alderman, senior managing director and city head of Hines’ New York office. “We look forward to this next chapter with the CBRE team.”
