Hudson Square Properties Signs Renewals with Cornerstone Tenants

Hudson Square Properties, a joint venture of Trinity Church NYC, Norges Bank Investment Management, and Hines, has completed lease renewals with two cornerstone tenants. Notion, an AI productivity software developer, has extended and expanded its lease at 75 Varick St., while media and creative production firm RadicalMedia has renewed its long-term lease at 435 Hudson St..

At 75 Varick, Notion has expanded its lease by 26,427 square feet to 76,140 square feet. The seven-year rent-paying term will commence upon completion of the turnkey buildout. A tenant at 435 Hudson since the mid-1990s, RadicalMedia renewed its lease for 31,390 square feet over a 10-year term.

“From technology firms expanding their presence to creative media companies deepening decades-old roots, we remain committed to creating adaptable, high-quality office environments that support growth and innovation,” said Jason Alderman, senior managing director at Hines.

Newmark’s Andrew Peretz represented RadicalMedia, while Sacha Zarba and Joe D’Apice of CBRE represented Notion. Hudson Square Properties was represented in both transactions by CBRE’s Paul Amrich, Howard Fiddle, Neil King, Zachary Price, Benjamin Joseph and James Ackerson.
