Hudson Investing, Midloch Acquire Indianapolis BTR

Hudson Investing and Midloch Investment Partners have acquired Jackson Run Townhomes, an 84-unit Class A multifamily rental community in the northwest suburbs of Indianapolis. Samuel McCarthy and Scott Harris of Marcus & Millichap facilitated the transaction.

Completed in 2023, Jackson Run Townhomes offers three and four-bedroom units with an average size of 1,897 square feet. Hudson, the locally based investment firm and operator, is planning several amenity upgrades.

“Jackson Run Townhomes is located in one of the strongest and fastest-growing corridors in the Indianapolis market, said Kent Ritter, Founder and CEO of Hudson. “The growth of the LEAP District, including new Eli Lilly manufacturing facilities, will accelerate demand for Jackson Run in an area with surging population growth, limited single-family home inventory, and a large white-collar employment base.”
