Hudson Companies Signs TAMI Tenant in East Williamsburg

The Hudson Companies recently arranged a 3,600-square-foot, five-year lease with digital branding agency Moving Image & Content (MI&C) at The Breeze, a newly-renovated, creative class office building in Brooklyn’s East Williamsburg neighborhood. Ben Waller of ABS Partners Real Estate represented the Hudson Companies and Jeff Hersh of Prime Manhattan Realty advised MI&C.

Founded in 2010 and based in TriBeCa until earlier this fall, MI&C is a strategic and marketing partner of global brands, including Sephora, H&M, Ralph Lauren, CoverGirl, Tiffany, Girls Who Code and Google. The firm currently occupies a pre-built suite on the ground floor of the Breeze, and will move into a custom-built space this spring.

“Moving Image & Content will add their creative energy to the Breeze’s roster of TAMI tenants,” said Hudson Companies principal Alison Novak. The property at 315 Meserole St. is just a few blocks from Netflix’s recently announced studio complex.
