High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, along with JV partner Principal Asset Management, have commenced construction on Vivo on Harbor, a 137-unit apartment complex with nearly 1,500 square feet of ground floor retail space. Located in the San Pedro Waterfront Arts District, the eight-story building is expected to deliver in late 2024.

“The San Pedro community is undergoing an incredible evolution and enhancement to the many beloved attributes of this waterfront neighborhood, which is burgeoning into a community rich in culture and diversity,” said HSR Senior VP Alex Valente. “Along with our partners, we are excited to build a project that meets the needs of those living in San Pedro enjoying the outstanding pedestrian friendly neighborhood.”

Situated at 511 South Harbor Boulevard, Vivo on Harbor will offer incredible water views and direct access to waterfront amenities. The community will consist of studio, one- and two-bedroom units with features that include a rooftop clubhouse, outdoor terrace and fitness center. In addition, 16 of the units will be classified as affordable.
