HSR Completes Construction on Five-Story MF Near St. Louis

High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has completed construction at The James, a five-story multifamily community in the Greater St. Louis area. HSR’s project partners include Greystar Management, ESG Architecture & Design, and Brinkmann Constructors. Greystar is leasing and managing the property.

Located at 416 N. Kirkwood Road, the property includes a mix of studio to three-bedroom apartments, including a selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments that have an added den. Amenities include a club room, a fitness club with a yoga studio, a work-from-home center, and an outdoor amenity terrace with a resort-style pool.

The building includes 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and UMB Bank has signed to occupy part of the retail space. “The James project in Kirkwood has brought a thoughtfully designed, luxury apartment building to a community that has not seen this type of new product in 20 years,” said Mary Boehmler of HSR.
