HSA Sells MOBs in Chicago, Suburbs, WI

HSA PrimeCare finalized the sale of four medical office buildings in Illinois and Wisconsin totaling 107,828 square feet to Irvine, CA-based IRA Capital for an undisclosed sum. All four hospital-anchored properties were developed or acquired by HSA PrimeCare.

The portfolio includes Advocate Good Samaritan South in Downers Grove, IL, anchored by Advocate Aurora Health; Hawthorn Surgery Center in Vernon Hills, IL, developed as a build-to-suit for Surgical Care Affiliates; Advocate Aurora Health Beverly Clinic, a multi-tenant office building in Chicago’s Beverly neighborhood that HSA PrimeCare redeveloped in 2007; and Advocate Aurora Health Muskego Clinic in Muskego, WI.

“Our team has enjoyed the challenge of developing and enhancing the value of these medical office buildings over the last decade, and we look forward to continuing to manage these properties on behalf of IRA Capital,” said John Wilson, president of HSA PrimeCare.
