HSA Plans 1M-SF Business Park on WI Border

HSA Commercial Real Estate completed the acquisition of a 68-acre land parcel at Wilmot Road and 136th Avenue in Bristol, WI, near I-94 and the Wisconsin-Illinois border. The Chicago-based firm has already received approval to develop a large-scale, multi-phase business park on the parcel consisting of three buildings totaling more than one million square feet.

The development team plans to deliver the first two speculative buildings later this year: a rear-load, 157,300-square-foot warehouse building with 31 truck docks and a cross-docked, 471,950-square-foot distribution center with 72 truck docks.

“Even without putting a shovel in ground yet, there’s already a lot of interest from prospective large-scale tenants to be part of this new business park in Bristol,” said Robert Smietana, HSA Commercial’s vice chairman and CEO. “We think that really speaks to the velocity of economic development near the border in southeast Wisconsin, as well as the superior building and campus design.”

Robert Smietana will share his market insights as a speaker at Connect Industrial Midwest, coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
