HSA Inks Industrial Leases in Southeast Wisconsin, Indianapolis

HSA Commercial Real Estate executed industrial leases with medical device and supply company Typenex Medical LLC in Southeast Wisconsin and independent family-owned transportation company Omada Worldwide Expedite, Inc. in the Indianapolis area. Together, the leases total 83,807 square feet.

Typenex signed a build-to-suit lease for 41,310 square feet at Park 94 Building III, located at 1570 International Dr. in Mount Pleasant, WI, near Interstate 94 and the Wisconsin-Illinois border. The firm is slated to occupy the space in March 2022.

Marc Samuels of Cushman & Wakefield represented Typenex. Colliers’ Ned Frank, Pat Hake of and Steve Sewart represented HSA.

Colliers’ Ryan Kelly represented Omada, while CBRE’s Terry Busch and Jared Scaringe represented ownership.
