HREC Secures $14M Construction Loan for Tru by Hilton Hotel in N.H.

Hospitality Real Estate Counselors (HREC) has secured a $14.1 million construction loan for the planned 126-room Tru by Hilton hotel in Manchester, N.H.

Located 15 miles south of Concord, the hotel is slated to open in the third quarter of 2020. It is expected to cost $23 million.

John Siska and Mike Armstrong of HREC secured the financing on behalf of Florida-based developer Lansing Melbourne Group. Terms of the financing were not disclosed.
