H&R Block Signs Long-Term Lease in Indiana

H&R Block, a national tax preparation services company, has signed a long-term lease at 416 E Commercial Avenue in Lowell, Indiana. Positioned on the downtown strip of Lowell, this location will now serve as a strategic location for H&R Block’s continued growth and operations in a rapidly growing community.

The landlord in this transaction was represented by Chandler Kimmel, Associate Broker at Crown Point-based Latitude Commercial. “We are happy to welcome H&R Block to 416 E Commercial Ave,” said Kimmel. “We are thrilled to have facilitated this partnership and look forward to seeing H&R Block’s success in Lowell.

Latitude Commercial provides commercial real estate services such as purchasing, leasing, landlord representation, tenant representation, and commercial property management throughout the states of Illinois and Indiana.
