HQ53 Changes Hands in Plano
The five story office building was constructed in 2021 in the Legacy submarket location. Newmark represented the seller, Cawley Partners in the sale to buyer, Drawbridge Realty.
HQ53 was fully leased to a single tenant, Aimbridge Hospitality, a global leader in third-party hotel management.
Newmark’s Chris Murphy said the competition for the asset was active, “Given the quality of the construction, asset age, secure income stream and Legacy submarket location, HQ 53 was met with robust demand, particularly when coupled with Aimbridge Hospitality’s strong credit profile.”
With a Headquarters Drive address, HQ53 is walkable to dining, shopping, entertainment and residences at the Shops of Legacy and Legacy West Urban Village.
