Howden Tiger Signs 32K-SF Midtown Lease

Howden Tiger, a reinsurance brokerage, has signed a 10-year, 31,916-square-foot renewal and expansion lease at 1350 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown with SL Green Realty Corp. This expansion includes the entire 34th and penthouse floors in addition to their currently occupied space on the entire 33rd floor.

Located in the Plaza District, this Class-A tower is home to a diverse tenant base, including financial, accounting, and legal firms. “Our ongoing re-investment in our buildings provides our tenants with best-in-class, healthy workplace environments to meet the demands of today’s market,” said Steven Durels, SL Green’s executive vice president and director of leasing and Real Property.
