Howard Hughes Taps JLL for Seaport Retail Agent

JLL has been chosen as the exclusive retail agent for Seaport in Lower Manhattan by The Howard Hughes Corporation.

JLL’s retail leasing team, led by Davie Berke, Corey Zolcinski, Michael Remer, and Patrick A. Smith, will spearhead the retail leasing efforts. Catherine Loy will oversee specialty leasing, while Erika Schanke will coordinate global and cross-border tenant pursuits. “The Seaport is one of New York’s most charming neighborhoods and an established destination in its own right,” said Smith.

JLL aims to enhance the Seaport’s ecosystem by introducing new offerings, flexible lease terms, and carefully selected long-term anchors. The Seaport features notable attractions like the Tin Building, Pier 17, and independent businesses such as McNally Jackson Books and the South Street Seaport Museum.
