Howard Hughes Signs 11K-SF Lease with Design Firm in DT Columbia

Howard Hughes has signed an 11,600-square-foot lease with design firm Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) at 10440 Little Patuxent Parkway, one of seven office buildings that make up Merriweather Row.

The New York-headquartered firm is moving from 11000 Broken Land Parkway to occupy the entire 9th floor at 10440 Little Patuxent Parkway. GPI has a staff of over 1,800 professionals, including engineers, planners, scientists, technicians, draftspersons, and inspectors.

Howard Hughes is executing the comprehensive 30-year masterplan for Downtown Columbia, transforming the area into a walkable hub with ample residential, office, hotel, retail and public uses. Last year, Howard Hughes completed a comprehensive renovation of Merriweather Row which introduced brand-new amenities, including pristinely designed tenant lounges, a golf simulator, bike storage, fitness centers and walkable pathways connecting tenants to the rest of Downtown.
