Howard Hughes, Riverside Sign Restaurant Group for 110 N. Wacker

The Howard Hughes Corporation (HHC) and Riverside Investment and Development have signed José Andrés’ ThinkFoodGroup and locally-based Gibsons Restaurant Group to a 17,200-square-foot restaurant space at 110 N. Wacker Dr., which HHC and Riverside are developing.

The new space will be home to multiple concepts, including a fine dining restaurant and an elevated cocktail bar experience, along with providing catering for the building’s 10,000-square-foot event space.

“From the initial concepts, we saw this partnership not only as a signature restaurant opportunity, but as an exciting and dynamic food and beverage solution for the building,” said Jim McCaffrey, SVP of development for HHC. McCaffrey added, “Each of the new venues—our restaurants and our 400-person event space—are designed as soaring spaces with river views, floor to ceiling windows, operable walls for indoor-outdoor space, and connectivity to our boat dock on the Chicago River.”

Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
