Howard & Howard Attorneys, a full-service, national law firm, will relocate its Chicago office to Two Pru in a long-term transaction overseen by Savills.

Lease activities for Howard & Howard were led by Vice Chairmen Eric Feinberg and Managing Director Brandon Nasatir, with additional support from Vice Chairman John Goodman and Managing Director Isabel (Preskill) Schwartz. Workplace strategy was overseen by Dawn Dalson, and project management will be handled by Rich Dale and Laura Schueren. Riverside Investment & Development’s Daniel Heckman and Annie Kwasigroch represented Pru’s owner, Wanxiang America Real Estate Group, in the transaction.

The law firm will move later this year to a full floor at 180 N. Stetson Ave. in the East Loop.“Two Pru is experiencing a leasing resurgence as the building undergoes a transformative renovation featuring new, best-in-class tenant amenities,” added Feinberg.

Pru’s renovations began in 2024, and a new, glass-enclosed walkway will soon connect One and Two Pru. Additional planned upgrades include a new 20,000-square-foot state-of-the-art conferencing center, new co-working spaces, a fully staffed bar, and an entertainment suite.
