Houston's Brava Opens door

Houston’s Tallest Residential Tower Open for Business

It took over three years to go from a humdrum parking structure, to a sparkling, rhombus-shaped eye-catching structure. Hines, along with Cresset Wealth Advisors and Levy Family Partners, combined to build one of Houston’s best addresses. The Brava recently opened its well-appointed doors. Reaching 46-stories, it’s Houston’s tallest apartment tower. The opulent Hines high-rise is at Milam and Prairie Street.

Luxury can start for $1,646 if a studio is for you. But if you want something a little roomier, the three-bedroom units run for $10,309. There are 10 penthouse residences that range in size from 1,739 to 2,937 square feet. They have outdoor living rooms with kitchens and gas grills. Some penthouses have indoor fireplaces. Those rents are between $8,589 to $13,727 a month.

Exterior amenities include a 24-hour concierge, valet parking, a Skydeck, a tenth-floor infinity edge pool, gym and complimentary coffee and wine bars. There is also street-level retail and a restaurant.
