The 35 year-old Memorial City Plazas consist of three buildings containing almost one million square feet. The updates to all three buildings included interior and exterior improvements such as a new fitness center, full-service conference center and meeting rooms, 24-hour security, and air-conditioned skywalks connecting all three towers and parking garages.

A key addition to the development was The Porch, a covered, outdoor dining patio designed to serve as a hub for business meetings and networking opportunities. Adjacent to The Porch is the newly opened Common Bond On-The-Go, offering fresh beverage options and pastries.

The renovation project kicked off in early 2022. Memorial City has one of the highest office occupancy rates in the city.
