Houston Suburb to Get Mixed-Use Development

HS Development is looking to start work soon on the Edge at Seabrook Town Centre. The project will include multifamily, and commercial space. HS says plans call for a restaurant, but to date, they have not decided on the type.

The project, spread over nearly 20 acres, will have 318 multifamily units and a number of commercial pads making up 19,000 square feet of rentable space. The cost of the project is estimated at $70 million. Construction is slated to begin before year end 2022. It’s expected to be completed first quarter in 2025.

HS Development Group is a Houston-based vertically integrated development, construction and asset management firm specializing in a broad array Class A assets from multifamily products to private student housing and active adult living communities.
