Houston Office Condo Community On the Way
A Houston development team is getting ready to start work on another office condo project in District West, a mixed-use development near the southeastern corner of the Westpark Tollway and the Grand Parkway.
It will be the second Grand Park office condo community built in the Houston area, as buildings allowing ownership grow in popularity among small-business owners in need of a permanent address and tired of renting. The Grand Park brand was started by Milton Allen and Bobby Ferguson.
Each office park sits on approximately 5 acres and consists of 10 buildings averaging 5,000 square feet. Together, the two developments total 83,750 square feet of Class A office space.
The Houston Business Journal reports the $12 million Grand Park Pro project began about 18 months ago, and the first three buildings are completed and sold out.
A third, the Grand Park West, a $14 million development at 21611 FM 1093 is still in permitting and the owners expect to break ground in the next few months. The property is already sold.
