Houston Mobile Home Park Draws Multiple Bids

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of Coachlite Mobile Home Park, a 113,692-square foot manufactured homes community at 7114 Dixie Dr. in Houston. Jeff Taylor, senior associate, and Will Shealy, associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.

“During the COVID-19 pandemic, mobile home park air space remains strong,” said Taylor. “We had competitive bids on this property, consequently achieving a higher sales price for the seller.”

The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Taylor and Shealy. Terms of the sale weren’t disclosed.
