Houston Installation Inks 32K-SF Deal

Houston Installation Services Inc. agreed to take down 31,688 square feet of industrial space at 401-421 W. Crosstimbers St. Landlord Crow Holdings Capital-Real Estate of Dallas owns the 170,558-square-foot, Class B property on Houston’s north side. The tenant has already moved into the space.

Houston Installation Services provides office furniture installation, relocation services, corporate floor care and warehousing/storage services. The tenant was represented by Jake Wilkinson of NAI Partners.

The building is located in the Pine Forest Business Park, and came on line in 1979. Crow Holdings acquired it in 2015 as part of a 27-building, 2.4-million-square-foot industrial portfolio in Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston.
