Braun Enterprises Buys two unique building for offices

Houston Developer Expands “Urban Office” Portfolio

Braun Enterprises has added two standalone buildings to its Urban Office portfolio. The company has purchased properties in the Heights and the Museum District of Houston.

The Urban Office product line is based on the idea that the city’s small-business owners want the same amenities and offerings that are included in some of the larger downtown towers, but at a reduced price.

Dan Braun describes his approach, “The key to targeting the properties in the Heights and the Museum District was walkability. They’re close to plenty of retail and dining options and will offer great amenities to small businesses.”

One of the buildings Braun took over is a 17,000 square foot Victorian Mansion. It’s being called Heights Mansion Urban Office. It will have 70 move-in-ready offices ranging from 50 to 500 square feet and will offer conference rooms, kitchens, snacks, and lounge areas. The other building is a two story, 8,500 square foot office from the fifties.
