The Land Tejas Balmoral master-planned development in Atascocita will soon be home to a 92-unit build-to-rent community known as Bluewater at Balmoral.

Construction recently got underway on the project with the first homes scheduled for delivery by Wan Bridge in the third quarter of 2023. Bluewater at Balmoral will consist of 92 three- and four-bedroom homes across 16 buildings, ranging in size from 1,400-1,800 square feet. Prices will start at $2,200 per month.

Wan Bridges Ting Qiao added, “Our goal is to bring more choice for residents looking to take advantage of this unique housing option of build-to-rent while ensuring details and amenities are not forgotten, especially as Texas continues to witness population, job and corporate relocation growth.”

This is Wan Bridge’s second build-to-rent community in the Land Tejas Balmoral development. Nationwide, developers built a record 6,740 units in single-family for-rent communities in 2021. Rental platform RentCafé predicts that number could more than triple by the end of 2022.
