Housing Lottery Underway for 120 Units

By July 2017, residents will start moving into the 120 affordable apartments at Compass Residences 2A, in the Crotona Park East neighborhood of the Bronx. Housing officials kicked off the lottery on Feb. 27, 2017 for potential residents to win a chance to live in the community.

“As this multi-phase development progresses toward completion, we are seeing a thriving, new community emerge in Crotona Park East,” said Eric Enderlin, president of New York City Housing Development Corporation. Earlier phases at Compass, Building 1A and 1B have already opened.

The apartments at 1524 Boone Ave. will be affordable to low and moderate-income households.
