Hotel Per La Opens in Downtown Los Angeles

Hotel Per La Los Angeles, a 12-story, 241-room lifestyle property, has opened at the former site of the NoMad Hotel on South Olive Street in Downtown Los Angeles.  The Hotel softly opened on July 11th, and a formal grand opening is slated for September.

A member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts, Hotel Per La will debut a new rooftop bar and pool space overlooking the LA skyline this month, and will launch a ground-floor cafe and restaurant in September. Existing ownership has teamed with HN Capital Partners to invest in the repositioning of the previous hotel, retaining the signature features, while enhancing the guest experience.

Sage Hospitality Group will oversee management of Hotel Per La, including the various food and beverage concepts. “We are truly honored to welcome this iconic hotel to the Sage family, as it represents the type of lifestyle property we plan to strategically add to our portfolio in the coming years,” said Sage CEO Walter Isenberg.
